I have just moved to Powell River to support family living on Texada and to get back to a smaller community that feels similar to when I lived in Whistler and Squamish in the 80's and 90's. There are many people moving from Vancouver to a quickly growing Sunshine Coast cashing in on their property and retiring away from the hustIe and fast pace of the city. I was born and raised in North Burnaby, I have continued my families long time support for seniors programs at the Confederation Senior Center Volunteering for the Seniors lunch program and at the flea markets held through out the year. My sister and other Texada residences have worked hard to set up a Non-Profit to get seniors housing on the island. I also lived in Whistler for 12 years as a self employed contractor working with Whisler/Blackcomb Mtns, the Chateau Whistler, Westin Hotel and many of the local businesses. My Business background benefits both Buyers and Sellers as I have years of Experience in Client Oriented Sales, Negotiations and Consultation since 1981 in Whistler and Vancouver. 

 In Vancouver I spent 10 years in All Make Sales and leasing with Carter Chev/olds, Dueck Chev/hummer, Happy Honda and Westwood Honda where I was the only salesman in Canada with a Live Video Internet Chat website pro-actively promoting and selling new and pre-owned vehicles to Clients around BC. I Have been a Realtor since 2010 originally working with the Sutton Group West Coast Realty, 2% Realty West Coast and now with 2% Realty Sunshine Coast Inc. I found 2% Realty has a more pro-client commission model with the same 100% service levels as full commission Realtors. 2% Realty is part of the Evolution happening to todays Real Estate Market.
